- Lead selected projects and ensure deliverables fall within the applicable budget/time frame and meet the Management’s expectations and compliance requirements;
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project progress
- Degree holder in Architecture, or Architectural Studies;
- Registered Architect (HKIA or RIBA or other relevant license);
- Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification in Architecture practice ; previous experience with property developer or consultancy firm would be an advantage;
- Conversant with local regulations, procedures of building, planning and land submissions;
- Excellent team leadership and presentation skills and able to work under pressure;
- Good commend in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Acrobat, Photoshop and 3D Studio Max or other graphic presentation software;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Manager;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
