Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist management in developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving quality management systems;
- Supervise subordinates for maintaining and improving management systems;
- Advise management on relevant quality aspects and monitor compliance;
- Handle ad-hoc matters about quality across the Company / Site;
- Plan and conduct regular internal audits, inspections, and training within the Company / Site.
- Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- University degree in science / engineering / construction discipline;
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing quality matters in the industry;
- Relevant chartered institution in quality is an advantage;
- Auditor training in quality management systems;
- Proficient in quality requirements in the industry;
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills and sound judgments;
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills and fluent in English and Chinese;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
