Quality Control Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
  • Assist management in developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving quality management systems;
  • Supervise subordinates for maintaining and improving management systems;
  • Advise management on relevant quality aspects and monitor compliance;
  • Handle ad-hoc matters about quality across the Company / Site;
  • Plan and conduct regular internal audits, inspections, and training within the Company / Site.
  • Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • University degree in science / engineering / construction discipline;
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing quality matters in the industry;
  • Relevant chartered institution in quality is an advantage;
  • Auditor training in quality management systems;
  • Proficient in quality requirements in the industry;
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills and sound judgments;
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills and fluent in English and Chinese;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
