Presently we own a property investment portfolio comprising a total of 300 thoushand square feet in gross floor area. Our portfolio forms the foundation of our recurring revenues and the fundamentals to ensure our solid results in the medium to long term. Our portfolio mainly covers retail and shopping complexes, office buildings and residential projects, as well our interests in Soundwill Plaza, which is our flagship property. Most of our properties are managed and serviced by our own property management team.

Our flagship property Soundwill Plaza, one of the largest high-end thematic commercial complexes in Hong Kong, is located at No. 38 Russell Street, a premium commercial spot in Causeway Bay. Standing right across from Times Square, the plaza features high traffic and convenience of access, and has essentially become a landmark in the district. Besides, this key development of the Group also doubles as a high quality Grade A office building.

Comprising 37 floors, including the ground level and the first floor, where high-end retail outlets are housed, the building offers a total of around 300,000 square feet in office and shop spaces. It is almost fully occupied most of the time.
