Nos. 5-29 Tang Lung Street

We completed the acquisition of all the titles to the properties at 5-29 Tang Lung Street in 2008. The site is in a prime spot sitting in the core shopping district in Causeway Bay. It is intended to be developed into a trendy dining and entertainment complex as a mecca for gourmets and trendsetters in town. The hall of fame in the fashion world will be invited to move in to add to the appeal of the complex, which is expected to offer a total gross floor area of around 110,000 square feet. Further, we expect to see a synergy effect to arise between the tenants in this complex and those in Soundwill Plaza, the nearby commercial property owned by us, in a way that further strengthens our leasing property portfolio and the rental income it generates. Estimating income will be 70-80 millions approximately.
